Do you offer a warranty?

Why is my door so noisy?
In many cases, your door is constantly going up and down, with time, the roller bearings and door hinges need to be lubricated to allow a smooth operation which helps reduce noise, In other cases, a chain drive opener is usually louder than a belt drive opener, upgraded to a new belt drive opener will always be a quieter option. Why won't my door close when I push the wall button?
In most cases when the door doesn’t close, it’s usually a sensor alignment issue, make sure both sensors are facing each other properly as if there was an invisible laser shooting from one sensor to the other.
