    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does a door cost?

There are numerous things that can affect the cost of a door. For starters the size of the door, adding windows, insulation design, which door model, etc. It may seem like a lot of information to figure out but we are with you every step of the way. Just give us a call and we will provide you with a free quote as well as help you figure out all the necessary requirements needed for a proper quote.

    Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are proudly licensed, insured, and properly trained.

    Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! we offer a limited warranty on parts and labor, your garage door undergoes a lot of friction and movement on a daily basis, make sure to call us for regular preventative maintenance to prolong the life cycle of your springs and garage door parts!

Why is my door so noisy?

In many cases, your door is constantly going up and down, with time, the roller bearings and door hinges need to be lubricated to allow a smooth operation which helps reduce noise, In other cases, a chain drive opener is usually louder than a belt drive opener, upgraded to a new belt drive opener will always be a quieter option. Give us a call if you’re in need of a garage door lubrication service.

Why won't my door close when I push the wall button?

In most cases when the door doesn’t close, it’s usually a sensor alignment issue, make sure both sensors are facing each other properly as if there was an invisible laser shooting from one sensor to the other.

Do you fix broken garage door springs?

Yes, absolutely – a busted spring could leave your vehicle stuck in the garage until fixed! We can have your spring replaced quicker than you’ll expect!
